No es cierto que el gobierno PRO de la Ciudad y su inepta cabeza se hayan “equivocado” al actuar del modo brutal con que actuaron en el Hospital Borda. Se plantearon la misma política que les rindió frutos en anteriores circunstancias. Frente a la cautelar que impedía avanzar con las obras presentaron una apelación para habilitar la ocupación y demolición de los talleres del Hospital reservados al trabajo reparador para los pacientes. Es lo que hicieron en anteriores circunstancias: “nosotros y nuestros abogados consideramos que con la apelación se podría avanzar con la obra. Juicio y castigo a todos los responsables de la represión criminal

Paro general en la ciudad y movilización a la jefatura de gobierno el 30/04.

 

Desde el Frente de Recuperación Gremial (FRG) denunciamos la brutal represión ejercida en la fecha por la policía Metropolitana.

Al mejor estilo fascista, esta fuerza de choque del macrismo ingresó con más de 200 efectivos al predio del hospital Borda. Tenían un único objetivo reprimir y lo hicieron de la forma mas feroz y salvaje atacando a los trabajadores, a los pacientes, a sus familiares, y hasta a la prensa y los legisladores presentes.

Justicia por Mariano Ferreyra - Rechazamos la sentencia del Tribunal Oral Nº 21

La apelación que presentaremos obedece a que la sentencia dictada por el Tribunal Oral N° 21 rechaza la evidencia de que el crimen de Mariano Ferreyra, y las heridas sufridas por Elsa Rodríguez y los otros compañeros, fue planificado y organizado con la participación de los empresarios, burocracia e instituciones del Estado. Esta caracterización, que sostuvimos desde el inicio, ha sido probada en la investigación judicial e incluso admitida en los fundamentos del fallo del Tribunal. Hubo un crimen político contra el conjunto de la clase obrera, que lucha contra las diversas formas de la superexplotación capitalista, en este caso la tercerización, o sea la exclusión del convenio colectivo de trabajo de la rama correspondiente.

El monto menor de las penas adjudicadas, así como las absoluciones, son un emergente de la distorsión que ha producido el Tribunal en la caracterización del delito cometido.

ELECCIONES -06 de Junio de 2013- en la AMM VOTEMOS por el FRENTE de RECUPERACIÓN GREMIAL

El viernes 12 de abril fue oficializado el “Frente de Recuperación Gremial” (FRG) la Lista General Antiburocrática que enfrenta al oficialismo en las próximas elecciones, del 6 de junio, en el gremio médico de la ciudad de Buenos Aires.

El FRG es el resultado de la movilización de la oposición médica que logro vencer la maniobra proscriptiva de la conducción de la AMM (entregó las planillas oficiales faltando solo 5 días habiles para su oficialización).

Se cubrieron los 135 cargos de candidatos y la lista fue avalada además por mas de 120 médicos (los avalistas no pueden ser candidatos).

El FRG nuclea al activismo médico opositor de los hospitales: Fernández, Álvarez, Sarda, Gutiérrez; Zubizarreta, Muñiz, Ramos Mejía, Elizalde, Penna, Durand, Vélez Sarfield, Argerich, Piñero, Alvear, Moyano, Pirovano, Ameghino y Tornú.
